On Saturday I went up to my parents house to help in the yard and hang out. On Saturday night Jon Schmidt performed in Nibley Park as part of Nibley's Heritage Days celebration. He dedicated one of his songs to Military and their families. And expressed his gratitude for the sacrifice they are making. After the performance I went up to him and thanked him for his dedication, and told him Kyle was in Afghanistan and he really likes his music, and will be bummed he couldn't go. So he gave me a signed CD with a note to Kyle to send him, I thought that was very kind of him.
On Sunday I went to church with Lydia and Jeremy. Then I ate lunch at my parents to celebrate Father's Day with my dad. Aftterward I went to the Jennings to have dinner with them to celebrate Father's Day again, its kind of fun to have two Father's to celebrate with.
